"Title: Friendly staff, but room and logistics need improvement: We stayed at Yuksel Istanbul Yenikapi from May 13th to May 16th, 2026. The hotel staff was very polite and customer-friendly. Although the breakfast buffet was tasty, the organization was illogical; for instance, the bread was placed on the opposite side of the room from the toaster. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing: the beds were sagging and the bathroom was not clean, with many marks in the shower stall."

"nobody was available to bring the luggage to my room ! nobody show where the room was ! Ac in room was not working! there was not even a single bottle water in room. poor customer service."

"Food is expensive. Some nice front desk staff. Same bellhops. Spa pretty good. Curtains had those white fluffy dandelion type seeds stuck to them--all over front of hotel. Trees blowing into hotel. I felt hotel location way too far away from tourist spots."
