"First day we were there elevator was broken and the next day there was no hot water. Good room and easy walk to Disney."

"It is a further walk than it looks. The hotel is huge so you may have a long walk from the elevator to your room. Parking is $49 per night in the hotel parking lot. Room and hotel were extremely clean and very comfortable beds. I was out of a few of the soap and lotion containers but the filled them within the day. They need a mobile way to check out when you use the parking structure. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to check out. Starbucks in the lobby was handy but their crew working there was not awsome and very slow. Ubers to Disneyland ranged between $3 and $9 each way but worth it after walking all day in the park."

"HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!!! Notifies front desk immediately and they disregarded me, told me a “manager@ would call me back, it’s been 48 hours and no one has reached out, I called this morning and again no sense of urgency and was told the same thing again, someone will call back. It’s almost like they don’t care and/or already know they have them and don’t care. Front desk is useless and rude. Overall property is disgusting dirty and old."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. One feature we appreciated was having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay more convenient. However, we found it somewhat unusual that there was no table or dining area where we could comfortably eat our meals. The property also appeared somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovations. In our room, we noticed a hole in the carpet, which detracted from the overall appearance and maintenance of the space. While the hotel had some positive aspects, particularly the kitchen facilities, the condition of the property left room for improvement."
