“Mahagiri paradise!”

We stayed here in a 2 bed villa for about 10 days and it became our home away from home. The kitchen, dining and living area were very comfortable, modern furniture and decor. Air con worked a treat. The staff had arranged a temporary pool fence to be put around our private pool for us before we arrived (we have a 2 year old). Service was always super friendly, treating our son like they would their own children! Breakfast was included and there was a large variety of options available. Spa treatments were also very good. Free shuttle around the area. They also drove us 1/2 hour to the International Medical Centre when our son was sick. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and the 'beach club' is 4 x arm chairs on the beach - but they drive you there, the chairs are new and comfy!, & right on the 'boardwalk' if you want to go for a stroll.

“5 Star Bliss”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with our two boys aged 4 and 1 years for 3 nights recently and had an amazing time. You couldn't ask for more out of a villa- just perfect. Staff also so friendly and greatly helpful. Food from the Resturant which we ordered to the villa was really nice. A chicken curry was alittle raw one night, after calling to let them know. They brought another straight away. There is a hotel courtesy bus to run you into town when ever you like- this was great not having to wait for taxis all the time. We will definately go back and stay at these villas. Thumbs up!!

“a lot of privacy,suitable for all”

The staff were very helpful and friendly.We stayed in 3bedroom villa,and have no complaints the rooms were clean and well maintained.The staff were very helpful and friendly,there was a shuttle service which dropped us picked us from different restaurants in town.The hotel is about 15 min walk to the beach to which you take the shuttle,or use the free bikes which were available.

“perfect.”

Cannot fault the accommodation or staff. Perfect for honey mooners, families or groups of friends. Secure, space, privacy, clean. The accommodation made our holiday.

“New hotel”

This hotel is new opened and the restauran is still under constraction. Also the location is a bit away from resort complex , but the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic for the business success, because it's just opened and the location is not perfect. They have free bikes to be used for guests and to the touristic area it's only 7 munutes. So it's not very convinient, maybe the price are slightly cheaper than other 5 star hotels in Sanur, Bali. They have a restaurant in soon.

“Beautiful but not totally peaceful”

Lovely hotel great space,service. But we live in the country and we found this hotel to be noisey at night bikes and dogs. Would not recommend if your looking for total quiet. Check which villa you are staying in.

“Villa”

Truly a beautiful place with amazing service. The villas are very well kept and the private pool is awesome, it really does feel like paradise. The food was very good at the villa, it was about twice the price of the food at the beach. If you're ever tired at night and just wanna chill in the villa they have a cool media box filled with movies, lots of good titles and regularly updated. It would be too easy to focus on all the positives, so I'll talk about the cons. The only cons would be: 1- the villas aren't soundproof and Bali is full of roosters so if you're a light sleeper like myself be prepared to be woken up at 5am everyday and they keep at it for up to a solid 30mins. You can also hear other birds and noises from outside. After about a 4-5 days I got used to it and slept through it, on the other hand my wife is a deep sleeper and she slept through the noise every day. 2- after about noon the villa courtyard has more shade then sun so it's hard to stay there if you want to tan. 3- the nearby beach sanur beach is nice, but the beaches in sanur are not as nice as some other parts of Bali, so if you really want to be near a stunning beach sanur is probably not the best choice.
