disuruh tunggu sampai jam 2 karena cek in terlalu dini padahal sayalihat jam saya sudah 13.00, kemudia saya minta kamar no smoking diberikan kamar no 2026 pas kami masuk ternyata bau rokok sekali dan saya complain jawabannya tidak meng enakan yaitu " ac nya belum hidup dan di semproy by fresh saja..! .... saya tidak puas dengan kamar tersebut yg bau rokok dan tidak segar apa itu standar hotel bintang 4.???, saya minta pindah kamar di bilang penuh,, sy ga bisa cancel karena saya booking hotel.com kemudain anak saya mau berenang ternyata tidal bisa karena akan dipakai dalam acara resepsi pernikahan.. wah ga ada konpensasi sama sekali .. ancur deeh

I am happy with Arion Swiss Bell Hotel, but not happy with Expedia.co.id. I book 3 rooms with breakfast but expedia not mentioned in the hotel booking voucher. Luckily the hotel manager gave us breakfast in the room

만족스러웠습니다.
호텔 로비를 찾는데 약간 어려움이 있었지만 그외에는 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 식사는 현지식 위주여서 한국사람 입맞에는 맞지 않을뿐 괜찮아 보였습니다. 주변으로 조금만 걷는다면 중앙시장부터 둘러볼수 있는 곳도 있구요.

Great location, easy access to the train station, restaurants, markets etc. The staff are lovely and most helpful. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is very well presented. Overall, our only complaint was the showers which were always only just luke warm, but perhaps this is something that was just happening during our stay. Well done!

Worst stay ever
For sure not coming back unless i really really have to, given no other choice. The hotel failed to give us the non-smoking room that was promised prior to reservation been made, gave us upgrade 1 level higher to compensate, but the room is sucks, it’s dusty, lots of ants, smells. The hotel use the same room and sell it as non-smoking and smoking room at the same time, basically they’ll give treatment to smoking room and sell it as non-smoking, and don’t have dedicated non-smoking floor, the smell of the cigarette is very strong in the hall way, and you need to inhale it while you waiting for the snail speed elevator to come. The reception promised me that he’ll get back to me with the name of ladies who took my call during reservation and promised me to reserved non-smoking room on “non-smokin floor”, but never get back to me Food is sucks, few options, taste bad and the egg station can’t even cook proper sunny side up. Super slow check-in check-out process, and barely have concierge service, they only have 1 man to cover concierge, bell boy, door man.

Located less than a kilometer from the Bandung (BD) train station and right at the heart of the city, Arion Swiss-Belhotel is strategic and convenient for any traveler. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the Family Suite and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four adults. The hotel was lovely but the rooms, amenities, and facilities really need to be upgraded and maintained better, especially since it is a 4-star hotel. There were obvious wear and tear which remain untended, the breakfast spread could use more variety, and service needs to be quicker & more proactive.

The hotel is closed to train station. Nearby you can find Kartikasari and Lontong Kari Kebon Karet. Breakfast starts at 6 am and offers various selection of Indonesian and western.

Best point, this hotel in city centre, you can easy acces to everywhere in Bandung central area. Service is average. This hotel need make up due the old building and interior.

1. Service beim Check in = 0 2. Roomservice amateurhaft und schlecht 3. Frühstück akzeptabel, aber Service schlecht 4. Never 4 Sterne 5. Wo ist das Management für ein tägliches Briefing der MA ? 6. Heruntergekommene Einrichtung im Haus und in den Zimmern Meine Bewertung ist real, da ich ein Bandungkenner bin und bereits in mehreren anderen Hotels Gast war und besser logiert habe

バンドゥン駅にほど近い落ち着けるホテル
バンドゥン駅は急行用とローカル線用の入り口が南北に分かれており、行き来が出来なようになっているが、このホテルはどちらにも程よい近さにあります。北側が急行用で、南側がローカル線用ですが、その南側に大きなマーケットがあり、こちらに行くのも便利です。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切、説明も適切・明解。全体的に落ち着けるホテルです。

バンドン駅から徒歩ですぐです。 近くにはバンドンで有名なお菓子のお土産屋、人気の焼肉レストラン、駅の回りは屋台などがあり賑やかです。 建物は古さを感じますが不便は感じません。 朝食は美味しかったです。
