"The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated....

The location perfect for exploring the 11th with quick access to the Metro for other adventures in the city. "This hotel is in a great, central location. Beyond that there’s not much to recommend. The room is tiny. The toilet seats are very uncomfortable. The shower is unwieldy. The breakfast is lame and not worth it, especially since feet away you have wonderful cafes with much better fare for less money. Most of the staff was nice but some were unnecessarily testy."

The location was fairly centered to the rest of the city and there was a metro station right outside the door so we could hop on and visit places that were too far to walk. Like most hotels in Europe the room was small, very small, but clean and quiet and comfortable.
