"Convenient location for our needs. Pleasant staff for our late night check in and morning check out. Breakfast was useful bonus. Room was clean. Parking very convenient"

"It's the kind of place where a certain element stays to "lay low", if you catch my drift. There's plexiglass above the front desk, like the tellers' counter in a bank. People are hanging around the parking lot day and night, and some cars pull in briefly to visit those people and then leave. Some of the loiterers will check out your car even though you're not far away; they may even approach you without an obvious reason and--when acknowledged--pretend to be in need of a light for their smoke......

"Room was clean but located right across from the elevator 2nd floor. Hotel was not sold out. Not sure why we were given this room. Top bedcover was dirty. Removed & place on a chair. Bed was comfortable but they need to replace the pillows, Front desk was handled by one person. We waited 20 minutes to check in. They need additional staffing. Breakfast was available from 6:30-9:00. Food was Ok. No staffing in that area. We cleaned our table prior to sitting down. Staff that was handling the...

"We stayed 6 days…our bed was made everyday and our trash removed most days but no other cleaning was done. No sweeping, no bathroom cleaning. Thankfully we are tidy people. The A/C was so loud it was impossible to hear the tv, no matter the volume."

"Breakfast was good - the fresh belgian waffles were an unexpected plus! It says continental so wasn't expecting that. Staff were friendly and no issues parking. "

"Staff encounter were all good, but they don’t have enough people at night that you have to come down and go to the the front for your needs like towels. You have to carry in your room roll away beds. Rate is a little expensive in my opinion with regards to location, room space, and amenities. Otherwise all of them are polite, attentive and respectful."

"Quality it is not. It was passable if you’re really on a budget but I would not stay here again. Showing its age badly, broken shower head, skeleton staff who was nice enough but a bummer of a place."

"this is an older, but updated property. i believe that every room has a great view of the lake. there is a huge deck that overlooks the lake with tables and chairs and white lights at night. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. there is a restaurant and bar with good food and reasonable prices. the location is close to the state forest, waterfront, wineries, and breweries, as well as the small village."

"It's a very well thought location. Beautiful place and we had booked the room with Lake view. It was a beautiful view from the room. The room was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Evening walk and sunset from Maindeck restaurant while having dinner was great."
