"The staff was very accommodating, when we had an issue with the room next door having really loud noises coming from it they immediately moved us and were quick to action. I appreciate the care they took to assist us."

"Room was fine, small but not a shoebox; bathroom door was unable to be fully locked but since I was travelling with a close friend, we did not have an issue with it. Desk in room had outlets to charge phones/ computers, but we had a hard time using it. After adjusting the cables it did eventually work, but it took a while to fully charge. Quiet area, super close to central park which was so nice! Elevator is old and sort of slow."

"Great location and good breakfast service. Only a few maintenance improvements are needed, such as fixing the toilet, was constantly running, improving the elevador flooring, replacing the old carpets, and completing maintenance on the lectrical areas. These small changes that would greatly improve the overall experience and help make this hotel the first choice for future stays, even at a higher rate."
