"We had a two room apartment for three adults. Handy location to Namba shops and trains, Kuramon market for meals & Dotonbori. Very quiet. No staffed reception so check in and out all done online. A great buffet breakfast was included at the second hotel location around the corner. A bonus was a washing machine in our room and a laundromat across the road to dry washing."

"I find the staff very helpful and friendly.The breakfast was of a good quality and there was more than enough to choose from. The hotel room was very clean except for the shower/bath tub a shower curtain would be adequate. The shops were of great value and service. Overall an excellent stay and good quality hotel"

"The location is great and a short walk from namba park and the city stores. The food market and main billboard street (Dontobori) is a 12-15min walk. There are convenient stores nearby too (7 eleven and Lawsons). The overall hotel was clean however the room floor was not the cleanest (stained). Our luggage we delivered was ready in our room however to get them delivered to our next location we had to personally bring our luggage to the Central branch (7-10 min walk). "Room was clean and for a family of four with 4 giant luggage and 3 carry ons, the room was able to accommodate everything relatively well. Location is convenient with respect to train station and major attractions like Dotonbari are walking distance"

"Had a great stay in a quad room! The hotel had great amenities and our room even included a balcony overlooking the city. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We were able to send our luggage ahead through a separate delivery service and the staff had them already in our room upon arrival. Free umbrellas were available to use throughout our entire stay which helped us escape the rain while exploring the city which we encountered a few of the nights during our stay. This property is...

"The hotel was a short walk from the trai. Station. What stood out the most was the staff. They took their time to show us the hotel roof top soda bar and emphasized it's 24 hour availability and all inclusiveness. Would definitely stay here again"

Lantai dasar terdapat 7/11 yang buka 24 jam. kamar memang agak sempit untuk bertiga apalagi kamar mandinya, namun untuk cuaca dingin kamar sangat hangat. Jika ke osaka saya pasti menginap disini lagi"
