"The Radisson Blu was perfectly located for arrival at Heathrow by coach, and departure early the following morning by plane from Terminal 2. There's a convenient Hoppa Bus for shuttle service. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We had a good stay. Very convenient to the tube station and in the middle of everything. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was a little small for three girls with our huge suitcases, but that’s to be expected of a hotel in a major city. Good stay and fair price."
