"Nice little hotel close to the heart of the city and about a 30min walk from train station. Room and bathroom were clean. Lacked bathroom amenities, but not a real issue for me because I travel with my own. Bed was a 6/10 in comfort. I would stay there again. FYI- Uber ride to train station at 7:30am was ~20 euros"

"Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon."

When I said I was travelling with 2 motorbikes, they were able to reserve me a covered parking space in their courtyard for the duration of my stay. "Super small toilet where you can hardly sit. The host is not very nice and comes over as if he has an attitude problem. Breakfast is served only from 9 am until 9.45 am. That's a bad joke. "

"The property needs to consider better lighting in the room because it’s basically dark even when all the lights are on. Our room also had a problem with the drainage in the shower, which was very convenient when you have two people trying to shower. "A truly wonderful hotel, in walking distance of the centre of Arromanches. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room and hotel amenities were all well presented. The swimming pool is lovely, as in the garden setting area. Breakfast was a beautiful cold selection of local and home made products, as well as hot scrambled eggs and bacon. We would definitely visit again."

"I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it. "Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are large. The restaurant on site is wonderful for a special dinner. The breakfast was very nice with many traditional French options including local cheese. I didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice. The spa has 2 nice jacuzzi’s that are large. Everything was well maintained."
