"The room was great however the service was slow and the alcohol was generic only a couple name brands. We had to pay an upgrade to get some limited premium alcohol but this upgrade was available only in certain bar areas. Jonathan in the 21st floor bar was amazing! Overall the stay was ok"

"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation.
We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."

"Our stay was incredibly disappointing. We traveled as a group of 10 and were repeatedly treated poorly by staff. Despite being together, we were often told we could not sit together, which made the experience frustrating from the start.
Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, dismissive, and even falsely accused our group of breaking a piano without any evidence. For an all-inclusive resort, it seemed like everything required an additional charge. We were pressured to upgrade for...
