"Some of the water park rides were closed. We booked a room for 5 and only 3 bracelets for the water park were given. We had to paid for extra bracelets and according to the website water park access was included."

"There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back."
