The only negative was there was no restaurants or stores in walking distance, but the room was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was good too. Staff were great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The courtesy van never came after waiting 40 minutes at 10pm. Then spent $40 on a taxi. What’s the point of selecting a hotel with a van near the airport if you waste significant time and money to get there

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/ Irving is exceptionally clean. The employee's are very nice. We called ahead, spoke to Candace to let her know we were driving to DFW area from Louisiana and was running behind. Candace inform us to be careful, it was raining in Dallas. We appreciated the heads up.

We had staid at your unit in Paulsbo Wa. and were very impressed. We had the expectation that our stay in Dallas would be as positive. However we were given room 101 which as it turns out is sandwiched in between two utility rooms, one of which had the roar of a generator all night. We switched rooms late in the evening for our last night. The rest of the facilities were fine and the breakfasts were great. We were surprised that during our stay the room was never made up and fresh towels had to be provided at the front desk.

First the attentive, welcoming staff! Comfy bed, bath tub, convenient bathroom set up - all 'round good experience! The builder happened to be in the lobby in the morning - I very much enjoyed visiting with him about the hotel.

Great hotel for our short trip. Location is close to the airport and easy drive downtown. Room was clean, gym area was minimal but covers the basics. Front desk was friendly and made check in smooth.

I had called ahead to let them know that our plane was delayed, so we would be checking in after midnight. They were wonderful about having everything ready for us when we arrived. The airlines had lost our bags, so the hotel staff provided us with toiletries. The only reason I gave them a lower mark was because they do not have a shuttle running past 11:30 PM.

The stay and the hotel was wonderful. We were so tired that fell asleep immediately. The only concern is that I paid for this stay on the app and then got charged again on the hotel; i was thinking they were going to swipe for incidentals but got charges for the stay.

Very happy with our stay.
Front desk was friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Our room was nice and cool upon entrance. Smelled clean, looked clean. Did not hear noise from the airport. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food for the full hotel. The location was convenient and easy to get to. Housekeeping worked very hard to keep up with the demand of all the guests. We will stay there again.

Great overnight stay
The hotel is so clean and bright. The staff were lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. This Fairfield is looks a lot different from the ones we have stayed in the past. Very nicely laid out and equipped hotel.

Property in very nice conditions. Loved the clean and modern design of room. There were snacks, coffee and tea for customers. Breakfast was good (eggs, salsa, cereal, waffles, pastry among others). Amazing staff!

The only minor thing is that if you are a foreigner and don’t have a phone, it is a little difficult to get the free shuttle to the Hotel from the Airport. For the rest, it is a very well run place. The breakfast is very good. I only wish one could start earlier before going back to airport (for those who connect early flights).
