I had taken my family to Bali recently and stayed at Nusa Dua Grand Mirage . It has been quite good and relaxing stay . The beach is private and clean . Swimming pool and the pool bar were pretty good. The staff of the hotel were highly co-operative. Good value for money.

After a long and late flight I was pleasantly relieved to be transferred to this gorgeous hotel only 10 minutes from the airport. The location was perfect and the presentation amazing. The staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great eggs cooked to order, however I did order room service and the tuna was over cooked and chewy so didn’t have dinner at the hotel again. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kuta looking for a cheap, clean, more than comfortable accommodation.

This was our second stay at Club Bali Mirage. Staff are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. Being on the beach, watersport activities are plentiful and cheap. The hotel is near some great restaurants, tailors and spa clinics. This hotel has now become our favorite accommodation in Bali, and after 13 trips, most at different hotels, it is good to find a hotel you WANT to go back to. {great for couples and families !}

Great location within walking distance of Orchard. Courteous and friendly staff with prompt service. We stayed for 2 nights (family of 3) and thoroughly enjoyed.

Hotel is well located in Central Jakarta - close to shopping malls and good dining options. This is ideal given Jakarta's gruesome traffic. The more you can do on foot - the better off you'll be. Expect long traffic jams to go to and from anywhere. Rooms are relatively "tight" - meaning that they are not necessarily spacious - very european.Staff is very friendly, although English speaking can be a challenge sometimes. A lot tends to get lost in translation. Place has a great restaurant and bar -- not cheap though. Expect to pay about $30 for dinner - without alcoholic bevs

Always a pleasure to stay here. Amazing staff, superb dining and a truly 5 star experience from check-in to check- out. I cannot fault it.
