Staff were very accommodating, room was very clean and smelt nice too! Bathroom was spotless and there was enough towels for the whole party. Couldn't fault the metropole. Good choice in my opinion for a short stay in London. Thumbs up.

Check in and check out were both quick, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and I will definitely stay here when I visit Manchester in the future. Can't think of a negative thing to say about this hotel, it's excellent all round.

Booked a double room but got upgraded to a queen - only complaint is that the bed (which was huge!) was zip link, so there was a slight gap in the middle. Room was good sized and clean, with a very nice shower. Staff were very helpful in bringing us extras we needed, and location is excellent - very close to the city centre. Underground parking is £15 a night, but you can stay as long as you like after check out, which is good if you still want to look around the city.

I was travelling with my 20 something daughter and we both loved our stay at The Francis. Fabulous location and would recommend to anyone wanting a 'special' experience in Bath.
