"I reserved a king bed; they put is in two double queens. The hotel smells and they don’t tell you they charge for parking until after you leave. I had no idea when I checked in and got double charged on my credit card and they wouldn’t reimburse me. Told me to just call my bank and dispute the charge that way. Never again."

"Staff here is amazing. Everyone has a great attitude and willing to help. I needed extra blankets for my kids and they had them up to me within 5 minutes. Breakfast staff where also on point and very friendly. I would have given this place 5 starts but the touchup repairs in the bathroom where poorly done and the water pressure on the 6 floor was definitely needing attention. "Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return The staff was consistently unhelpful and came across as rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. The pull-out bed was in terrible condition—uncomfortable, dirty, and difficult to set up. It was nearly impossible to get sheets or pillows for it, so if you plan on using it, you’re honestly better off bringing your own air mattress. Housekeeping stops after 3 PM, which is inconvenient, and overall the staff treats guests more like a burden...
