"The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later!
I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel.
The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

"The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean. Breakfast selections were good. I didn't like that there are no fridges in the room and the only ice machine was two floors away from my room. Little lapses - restaurant and terrace hours not listed anywhere I could find, for instance - had to ask. Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu...
