"Upon arrival, the room was clean and nice. I only stayed for one night, but I would love to stay longer next time. I will say my only criticism is that the sink water: I passed a napkin through the running water & it came out dark, so I wouldn’t suggest washing your mouth with it; instead, bring your own bottled water. They do have water bottles in the room, but you’ll be charged $7 a bottle, and who knows how long those waters sat there before me as they were lukewarm. But other than that, nice...

"I chose the Standard because the Moxy wasn't available. I needed to be near my son's NYU dorm on 3rd. Ave. The Standard proved to be fantastic and I will definitely return. "The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that there was not coffee to make in the room. Also, we were on the 23rd floor and the tiny dark elevator to get down to the lobby from our floor often got packed. I am not normally claustrophobic, but I don’t think I could have gotten into that elevator another time. Way too small and anxiety producing. If we stayed there again, I would request a lower floor and take the stairs.

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage.

In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue.
