"This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things...

"This hotel is several blocks west of Broadway, but that made it a lot quieter at night. The staff was great, the room was very clean, and AC worked well. I would suggest that the breakfast area be expanded or adjusted a bit, as it was very difficult for more than a couple of people to be in the area at the same time. Overall, great value and great hotel."

"Basic hotel in an incredible location. Don’t expect a coffee machine or fridge in the room. But there is free coffee and tea downstairs in the dining area where free pastries are served every morning for breakfast. We have stayed here a number of times over the years. The place doesn’t change much, but you give all that up for being smack bang in the middle of the Village."
