"This hotel is a clash of modern classy and old school. Room is spacious, clean and bright. The only downside is the bathtub which is a norm for Japan hotels but I wish they had the option of a standing shower too. It’s located very near to Hakata station about 7mins walk and even though it’s opp a school, it’s relatively quiet."

"We’ve stayed at many various hotels in Japan and have never come across a hotel where the staff have been as unhelpful and dismissive as the ones at Tokyu Stay Hakata.
