"A wonderful stay!
Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!)
Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room;
Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady;
Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)"

"It is near a market with plenty of shopping . My mom needed a wheelchair which all the other hotels provided . This one did not . No restaurant in the hotel .i couldn’t find one nearby . Although they told me verbally where to go . I couldn’t find it . I only stayed one night . Not suitable for kids , families or elderly people although this place had a lift ."

"My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ...

The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. "El personal no es muy servicial y no se esfuerza en atender peticiones.
Mención negativa especial al sujeto que hizo el turno de noche del 11 de mayo. Se negó a hacer un duplicado de la llave magnética y envió a un botones a que abriera la puerta con una llave metálica de toda la vida.
Por la mañana mintió diciendo que no era posible usar Apple Pay para saldar la cuenta y exigió una tarjeta física.
Si yo fuera el director no mantendría ni un día más a alguien así en plantilla. Daña severamente...

"This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it."

"Staff was very friendly, breakfast was incredible (one of the best I've ever had), and the room was perfectly fine for the price. The bathroom was a little rundown but the water pressure was great. I would give 5 stars but the beds werent super comfortable and mine was noticeably leaning to the side."

Deniz manzaralı kahvaltı salonunda sunulan zengin açık büfe kahvaltıyı ve güler yüzlü personeli çok beğendik. Merkezi konumu ve huzurlu atmosferi sayesinde oldukça keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik.
