"Check in process is a bit vague without explanation that someone needs to give you the key and meet you. While I have specified what time is my supposed to be flight arrival, they haven't mentioned when to meet. We needed to wait longer after a long flight. Check out process was much better. "Plumbings clogged if u leave the shower runnning for a moment floors will overflow before u know it. My room was always night time lights are always dimmed and you cant adjust it. Opening the curtains doesn't help either during day time. You can barely see anything. The only plus side on booking with Belmont hotel is how convenient it is with access between the Hotel and Terminal 3 dependent on
How much luggage you have because you will have to walk and push them from terminal 3 footbridge...
