Dirty, stinks like cigarette smoke, access to the rooms is very inconvenient, there were kids screamingoast 1:00 a m aplaying at the pool, a lot humidityin the rooms, overallhorrible experience. The only reason I didn't cancel the reservation was because I paid ahead. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is so shabby. Ferrell cats roam all around the pool area using the landscape area as a litter box. Absolutley no amenities. Such as breakfast area. The pool was not heated and locked a lot of the time. Room smelled like weed. That being said it has a new office/ entrance being built but it will have a long way to go to clean up the interior of the building.

I am disappointed with this booking. 1. The instructions to find the shuttle were useless. 2. The number to contact the Red Carpet Inn was ineffective as a recorded message answered that it was a spam number. 3. When I finally got through to the central reservation hotline I was told there was no longer a shuttle available at that time. 4. Your website should never have proposed a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, it is too far away. Finally, the hotline person (Victoria) was fortunately very kind and helpful. She managed to reach the hotel manager (Britney) who accepted my request for a refund. They however noted that since the payment had been made through Expedia, you are the only ones who can process the refund. Please confirm that this was done. Thank you.

Great value. The room was clean and updated. The pool was pretty good. Maybe I just got lucky but the shuttle picked me up right away. Very convenient for a quick stay from the airport.

One gentleman at the desk very helpful, the rest were rude and couldn’t care less!! The property is run down and unkept, very dirty! With a lot of work it could be brought back to life. The room was very dirty and the bedding smelt. The metal chairs in the pool area were broken and dangerous. The restaurant was closed so nowhere close to eat, and you had to get a cab to get to a restaurant. (The food truck outside was our food saviour- run by a very nice fellow and the food good). Next door was a bar and some nights it became a biker hangout, and the noise horrendous! Never again would I stay here!!

The price is not bad for what it is. The place is decent if you need a place to just shower and sleep for a night or two. The staff was welcoming and the front desk lady explained everything. I loved the fact that it has a free shuttle that seemed to leave on the hour. I'd stay again.

Front office was pleasant & efficient. Room was dated but very clean. My room was outward facing on the bldg.'s east side. VERY loud dirt bikes, street bikes, etc. all night long. Good value for the price, but request a room facing the pool to keep the noise down!

This place saved us. After unexpected 2 day layover, I was able to book this place within 5 minutes . Airport was super close . Our room was clean . Yes, they are updating the property however that didn't bother me. Why would someone complain about updates to make the guest experience better. No it’s not for a long term stay but definitely good for lay overs and waiting port a ship. Will return soon.. very affordable

The rooms are clean and organized, but the area where the hotel is located is a bit isolated. Also, when we arrived ther were people smoking and making noise outside. Also, if your license is not from Broward county, you have to give $249 deposit.

The free shuttle is great. The rooms have nice fixings but they smell bad. I cleaned the AC filter and ran the fan alot to try to clear the smell.

The motel is in the middle of nowhere, you can order only food on line. But is close to the port, so it's fine for stay just one night if you have to go to ship. There is a free shuttle service for airport and port.This is good.

A place to sleep. Not much else to say about this place. Very slow check in, took 15 minutes for each person. Nice sports bar next door but it’s expensive. Only stayed over night for a cruise. Pros - free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise terminal, cons - you have to walk, with your luggage to your room, lots of walking, no luggage carts, no porters, no help offered. Not expecting much. So I wasn’t surprised. If you just need a place to sleep over night it will checks those boxes but if you want more than that look elsewhere
