"This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."

The Tony Awards were being held this date at Radio City Music Hall, directly across the street from the hotel. Getting back to the hotel location was challenging due to street shutdowns but once we got there, Jessie went out of his way to assist us. "Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
