"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years.
I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door.

"For what I needed and location it was prefect for one night - the need was more about location than anything else.
Room was clean and had everything that I needed.
Bed small so lucky it was just one person as it wasn’t really big enough for two.
Really really bad smell from bathroom - like rotten cabbage, think it was the shower drain."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. "Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). "Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. "We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel.
