This hotel was very dirty. Found a bug on the bed, chocolate wrappers on the floor from previous guests. Rooms and hotel smelt terrible! Would never stay here again!!!!

Insufficient luggage carts and staff was indifferent to the issue. Carpet in hallways need a to be replaced. Extremely poor TV reception if you are in a room at the far end of the hotel.

Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room helps to eat healthier on a trip while saving money on ordering out. It’s also convenient to have breakfast included. I will stay at a Comfort Suites Hotel again.

Very comfortable beds and great shower pressure. clean rooms. BUT- hair dryer had no hot heat - hard to dry hair!! Arched shower curtain lower to floor in middle making hard to close curtain near shower head causing leaks on floor, Toilet seat loose - i tightened but as got closer to seat not enuf room to further tighten-consider narrowing wings on tightening screw, Sink faucet loose - wobbled when used.

the room had pet stains everywhere, we had no hot water. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. When we went down to breakfast at 6:45 nothing was ready the juice machine didn't work and there was mold on the muffins.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and this was the worst. There was a leak in the bathroom from the floor above us so we had constant water on our bathroom floor. Apparently it also leaked to the floor below us. Our keys didn’t work. We were told to just keep trying them. Found a pill on the floor that wasn’t ours. Construction workers tracked mud all over floors and elevators. No one cleaned it up. Thermostat didn’t work. Couldn’t get room below 73 degrees. Front entrance door was all wrapped in caution tape and had to maneuver around it. Couldn’t get NBC on Directv.

They need to invest money into the hotel linens and towels. They didn't have enough towels each morning to restock, and then didn't have enough at night when we asked for them. The blankets on the bed were old and they had big rips in the lining. When the blanket was replaced days later as it was removed from the room it looked like the same blanket with the original rips.

The hotel itself was in a nice area. Surrounded by a apartments. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was fine for children. The breakfast was nice with a variety. The man that works overnight was so very nice.

We Love this Hotel. The staff there are very friendly & helpful. What we didn't like is when we 1st arrived we were placed on a floor with loud barking dogs and the mini frig didn't work but we let the Young Lady at the front desk know and she very quickly switched our room. Our next room thoght the cleaning staff left the pullout sofabed open, pillows off and for the 2nd time a dirty cleaning cloth on one of the tables. Other than that, the room was spotless and quiet

The front desk person should not be working in hospitality!! Not friendly or helpful at all!! When we tried to put the TV on at around 9 it would not work. Didn’t want to call down because we were already in bed. On checkout - guess who was on board, yes miss warmth!! Told her about the TV she seemed unconcerned, didn’t offer any compensation - we did pay for a room with a TV - she just looked at me when I suggested someone needs to go up to room 209 to fix said TV before she sells the room again. We were only there for one night. On our way out, the guy who was behind us with his own complaint said…. Bet ya no one goes up to check that TV as he listened to the entire scenario. Also, you might want to have the smashed, looks like an abandoned vehicle with door wide open sitting in the back of the hotel, scared the dickens out of me…… it’s really not very good for business if I could have, I would have cancelled my reservation but it was already paid for through Hotels.com - you guys!! The room itself was very comfortable besides the TV issue!! Comfort Inn has great beds, bedding and pillows - our reason for choosing that Hotel chain. Thank you for listening!!

Ok for the price. A 2 inch cockroach crawled across the floor one night. Sink in bathroom could have been cleaner. The sound on the tv would not go high enough for me to even hear it. I had to turn on closed caption. Just ok.

Horrible, unprofessional they give me a room with a damage door, key card didn’t work, every time I have to go to my room I need somebody to open my door, very inconvenient just for them to make money, they didn’t tell me this on front and I give me the change to agree with this or not. 2 night stay. When we checked in we were told our room did not have a working door key so staff had to be available to let us in our room when we left/returned. No tv remote, no water or cups for water and a huge sticky stain on the carpet. Shower was dirty and did look clean. I do want to say that the staff was friendly and accommodating if we had any requests. My assumption is that whoever owns the Comfort suites does not give their employees the care or resources to get the done adequately.

It was a nice hotel, only 2 things i didnt like was there was limited parking especially for handycap and the ac/heat cintrols were terrible i would set the temp and it would change throughout the night

Enjoyed the many lamps in the room but the one light that needed to work didn’t. The light above the shower was out so pretty hard to see while showering. Had trouble with access card several times.
