"The location is convenient if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airports. The staff I encountered were polite and friendly. However, the property is old and needs a lot of work. The rooms are moist and moldy smelling. The showers are raggedy and dirty. The rooms give 1990s motel vibes. The public areas are decent but the rooms need a complete overhaul especially for the price."

The service matches: attentive without being intrusive, and consistently warm throughout. The location is a practical bonus too - just minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, ideal whether you’re arriving or heading out. An easy recommendation for anyone visiting Lagos."

"I had a good brief stay. The hotel is basic - you get what you paid for. Pauses include nice shower and spacious room. However, the toilet/ shower room is tight and a caterer is probably needed to help with a variety of dishes including the English breakfast. Thank you!"

"The issue we had with the front desk staff was the use of Hotel.com for the online booking. The hotel staff said that they did not have a partnership with hotel.com. So, we were held down at the reception for close to one hour before a more senior staff member intervened. Hotel.com should only list hotels that have contract with them, not just any hotel."

"The staff was both helpful and respectful throughout my stay. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. While there were a few minor issues during my stay, they more than made up for them with their positive attitude, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to address concerns and make things right. Their excellent customer service made my experience much more enjoyable."

"This hotel has been a childhood dream, and I have aspired to stay at this iconic establishment for many years. Ultimately, I fulfilled this aspiration, and it was truly a dream come true. The British motifs are prominently displayed, which is a positive aspect considering I have resided in the UK for over 35 years. I appreciated the ambiance; the security is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Although I did not dine during my stay, despite my reservation including a complimentary breakfast, what stood out most for me was the location, the security, and above all, the attentive staff, as well as the in-house pub that remains open until around 3am It is indeed a remarkable place, and I will certainly return. However, the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment."

"The lowest quality Radisson Hotel room I have seen in my entire life, which seriously damaged my faith in Radisson as a brand. The entrance still looks promising, the bar was quite nice but the room itself was like a bad joke. Even a hostel would be ashamed to offer such a room. When you book a 3 persons room, it also seems logical it would be for 3 people. But not here. After complaining, they will bring some kind of school mattress to put on the floor. Yes, not a joke. And then you discover that in the bathroom there is 1 towel for 3 people and does not even offer basic amenities like shower gel. This was a disgrace."
