“3D2N Stay at the Bellezza...”

Booked 3 rooms, had requested to be on the same floor, but was given 2 rooms on one floor and another room 3 floors away... Buffet breakfast was poor, was not at a restaurant, by a minimal spread at the lounge... My room did not have a safety locker, and a wardrobe was run down... the staff were pleasant, though was of much help...

“just acceptable”

the location of the hotel is in a shopping mall, convenient but noisy; it is very difficult to find a taxi there; the door of the room is not good, you can hear the voice outside clearly; the breakfast is just acceptable, don't have many choice.

“It was OK, but...”

This a serviced apartment facility. The staff we polite and courteous. Furniture and flat screen TV were new and nice. Mattress was comfortable. However, no hangers in the closet, towels were like sandpaper and poor quality. Kitchen had few plate, flatware, glass ware, etc. Quality of finish work was rough. Bathrooms were small and cramped.
