"All the staff were helpful The Breakfast area has a gluten free station with bread rolls etc and a designated toaster Shame they don’t get their sausages from Tesco as they are GF but they cooked me veggie ones instead which was lovely. The food on the Restaurant was amazing - I’m not usually one to rave over food but the Sea Bass meal was delicious Was unaware I had to pay £6 to park which I felt was a bit steep on top of the room"

"The hotel is modern with a lift, and the rooms have air conditioning, which isn't a given in this part of England. The location is perfect, but charging £25 for parking is quite steep. Unfortunately, there's no sign at the hotel entrance indicating that the main entrance is in the pedestrian zone and the car park is a street away. The car park is quite narrow, and there's no signage."

"We arrived on the hottest weekend of the year and our room had no AC. However, the staff had prepared the room the best they could, a fan, curtain closed etc. and it was fine. We were in the refurbished side and the room was lovely, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet wasn’t great - limited continental and low quality hot items. Staff were friendly and efficint. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely room, parking and close to town."

"The hotel is showing its age, but parking was okay. We were there at the end of May, and the room was quite warm; the only window that could be opened was tiny, which wasn't helpful. It must be unbearable in the room during the summer. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. We had dinner at the hotel, which was rather mediocre."

"This is easily the best hotel in Rye, and, in my opinion, one of the best I have had the pleasure of staying at. Like many hotels the food was excellent, the service was excellent the rooms are beautifully decorated and the simple things like having a decent shower or bar are so well catered for. What sets this apart is the vibe of the place, you can feel the history, You can feel the culture that has been created in the team, who really understand customer service. "Disappointed our room was not made up had to phone reception and ask them to make it up no hot water at the bathroom sink tap staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good very picturesque hotel in lovely well maintained grounds excellent spa overall a very nice few days stay."

"Parking was available at the hotel for free. A very short walk into the Brands Hatch Circuit. Lovely pool area. We didn't eat at the hotel. Check in was quick with lovely receptionists."
