My stay at Starpoints Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful and everything was to a very high standard. The food served was amazing with a huge choice at the buffet style breakfast and lunches. Wow, keep up the excellent service, it was a truly memorable experience and thank you so much.

“Decent stay”

The hotel's location is good if you're into all Indian goods. The place is actually an Indian quarter selling cloths and food etc. the streets are really rubbish laden and rat infested. This 3 star hotel is a no-frill accommodation. No grand lobby, just small reception with two sofas, and the elevators are just around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpful. However youll be surprised once u enter the room. The rooms were newly renovated with good fittings, decent attached bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, but with limited selection. This was what I paid for, though. So no complaints. An advise for all potential guests: just avoid staying on the 10th floor where you'll experience disturbing spirits violently banging on your door when clearly there's no one at the door. The sound came not just from the door, but from the ceiling, wall partitions and etc. very horrible experience. Take care folks..

The hotel is placed in Little-India-district, very close to China Town, and 10 min. walk to trainstation. Very convinient. We stayed here during Ramadan, and this month a tear, there are market around the Hotel 24/7. It is not noisy, just a good experience. This is a good hotel to the price, and we would like to stay there next time.

“Starpoints Hotel, KL”

Not a great hotel. But a great price and location. Very friendly staff and room is more than adequate. Close to the LRT and lots of Indian-style markets with great food!

“The recommendation or not depends on what you expect..”

The hotel is OK, however the sourranding neighborhood is not nice at all. It is very close to the MRT, however in the middle of Littel India, so it is not nice to walk late at night.

“value for money, best room ever consider this is 3 star hotel”

hotel is new, room beyond expected. breakfast is ok. we book 3 room. one of the room a/c is not working properly. calling reception to repair. the repairman didnt show up until we checked out.

“Not recommended”

The hotel was average. Its took long time to get hot water for shower and mouldy tile was little discusting. Located in middle of little india street so probably not safe walking at night time. But staff is friendly and nice.

“Hotel for short stay”

Good value for money, centrally located, downside is street market next to hotel (smelly food etc.)
