Noise in the A/C units could not sleep after 3am
At 3 am a/c units in some other room started screeching and grinding and vibrating so loud out side my room I could not sleep even with good ear plugs.

Dear Aaron, Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry you were unable to get a good night’s rest. Providing our guests a restful stay is important to us and we value your feedback. We will investigate on the said noise and rectify it immediately. Our free shuttle service from Tune Hotel KLIA2 only takes 15 minutes to reach our hotel and leaves every 2 hours during the day and every hour after midnight. This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but the shower is powerful, which somehow makes up for everything. Stayed one night, would stay again here again if I had a long layover in KUL. It does offer value for money. Oh, they offered breakfast, packed to go, which I appreciated.

This place is old and tired. Not being able to enter room easily enough with one bag as its super tight. Everything is dated. Even the hair dryer had dusty and dirty. Its too tight. Bathrom door hits the sink. As you sit in the toilet u face the wall. Stay if absolutely necessary but even better go somewhere else

The hotel was a reasonable price, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything from neighbours to the road to people walking past the room. It was also a 20 minute drive away from terminal 2 of the airport despite marketing themselves as an airport hotel. I don’t recommend staying here unless you have sufficient time to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had a shower

We paid usd 30 a night to stay here. It was really okay. We felt like the place met our needs. No complaints. We didn’t pay much so we also didn’t expect a lot. For the price, we felt this was great value.

トランジットで宿泊しました。 乗り継ぎで泊まるだけなら全く問題ないと思います。 1番安い部屋だったので、冷蔵庫もテレビもついてなかったですが寝るだけなので全然OK。 ただ空港からのアクセスが大変です。系列のTUNEhotelKLIA2から2時間おきにシャトルバスが出ています。ホテルまでは空港の周辺をぐるっと回るため20分くらいかかります。 出来ればKLIA2の方をお勧めします。

I spent two nights there! I didn't have much time to look around the hotel. M y time of check-in. The lady there was really courteous and accommodating. Although I started early. I was able to explore the area and see the restaurant. All visitors had access to the waiting area with cable TV. The courtyard appeared beautiful. The day I was there, it rained the moment I arrived. Wi-Fi: Excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was hip. Every time I ate there the Crispy chicken chop was excellent. The staff was courteous and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out procedures went without a hitch. The room was perfect for one person; it wasn't too spacious or too little. There was most excellent hot water pressure. I'm really picky when it comes to hot showers. In general a comfortable stay! I’ll be back again!
