"I do not have any bad comments, clean room, nice staff, etc. Except, their shampoo and conditioner make our hair dry and frizzy. All eleven of us. I would still recommend this hotel to everyone especially if your itinerary is includes Macau and Disneyland, but I would let them know to bring their own shampoo and conditioner."

"The entrance of the hotel is not on the ground floor, but before arrival, you will receive a detailed instruction about it. it is very useful. The room is clean, and very spacious. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. The only compliant we have is about the restaurant in the hotel, which is called hopewell inn, it was very expensive and the food does not taste good at all, even with 15% discount, it was still not worth it. You can find more options downstairs, like in the hopewell food street."
