The bed was comfortable. The shower was really small. There was a handicap bar in the way. I'm small and I kept hitting it. Shower door wouldn't stay open when you dried to dry off. there was an unlocked door in our room that led to another room that had water damage and smelled really bad. We put a chair in front of the door so we had a little notice if someone tried to get in from the other room. The other room only had a couch in it. Too small for a bed. Not sure what it was, but the door adjoining to our room should of had some type of lock on it.

I like they have an indoor pool, mini mini arcade, and a small playroom for children. The breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the costs in my opinion. Coffee for $2 for 8oz is crazy, sheesh give me at least a 16oz buddy . There are many hotels in the areato choose from so I would choose a damn one next time. I also was not fond of having a conjoining room and being on the 1st floor (I have never stayed on a first floor). My review overall is it's good for families and convenience.

The hotel upkeep definitely needs work, it was sloppy. (Like an empty laundry cart in the middle of the hallway in hours that there was no housekeeping service going on , couches in bad condition …)The room I got, stains from bottles and other liquids could be seen on the dresser and knight tables. Pillows in the room could be better quality (gave me & my husband horrible neck pain) staff was ok overall for a 2 night stay it was ok .

We were told we could check in early and then I was turned down after following the time table. The rooms were gross, and it took forever to get coffee in the morning. The soap was super gross, which was weird because it was all sealed.

When I checked in I was assured the credit card given would not be charged , I could use a different card at checkout. Not only was the card charged , it was charged twice holding 700 dollars from my account . I have called four times and not one person has the common sense to help me they are passing me around . The staff is a bunch of morons who are holding my money hostage I do not recommend this place , we are most likely going to court over inexperienced people just to get a 300 dollar refund

Really nice hotel to stay at if you’re planning on staying just a couple days or less, it’s very expensive for what they have to offer. I travel for work so I need certain things in my room like a MICROWAVE.. the hotel is huge & the only microwave in the place is in the lobby which is like a 1/2 mile walk away from my room.

The staff was not accommodative, there was a stain on my sheets, the floor was not vacuumed, and there was an open water bottle in the fridge. When I checked out I let them know of the issues and they did not even care. I told them to please let the manager know so future guests won’t have the same bad experience.

The room was very far from the front desk, but easy to find thanks to the front desk directions. Tabletops were not clean and clearly had watermarks from drinks from previous occupants. Something in the room made a loud ticking noise all night that made sleeping difficult.

The heating unit sounded like a jet plane taking off everytime it came on. Couldn't sleep a bit. When checking out I was telling the gal about the problem and she stated others had mentioned it in the past. Why did they put us in that room if it hasn't been fixed!!!!! Checking was not seamless, gal spoke very limited English. For the money $280 for 1 night we thought we were going to be in a very nice place....
