"Average food, average restaurants! Only stake house is alright but for 8 days was only able to dine one time! After 10pm there is no food absolutely only drinks, no room service and 2 smoking areas to far out from each other with out sunshade."

"Our stay was incredibly disappointing. We traveled as a group of 10 and were repeatedly treated poorly by staff. Despite being together, we were often told we could not sit together, which made the experience frustrating from the start. Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, dismissive, and even falsely accused our group of breaking a piano without any evidence. For an all-inclusive resort, it seemed like everything required an additional charge. We were pressured to upgrade for premium alcohol, specifically Tito’s, only to be told they had just one bottle available per day. The drinks overall were also poorly made and disappointing. The fire alarms repeatedly went off around 1:00 AM. When we called the front desk, nobody answered. When someone finally did, we were told, “You and everyone else,” and our concerns were dismissed. I requested a manager and was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. To make matters worse, after ordering room service at 11:00 PM, we received repeated calls around 3:00 AM telling us to put the cart outside, waking us from our sleep. We were also given misleading information regarding a timeshare presentation. Between the rude staff, false accusations, constant upselling, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, this was one of the worst resort experiences our group has had. I would not recommend this property."

"Really good resort and vacation. The property is beautiful with a prime location in Cancun on the beach. Everything is exceptionally clean throughout the resort and the staff is very accommodating. The food at the restaurants for dinner is very good but disappointed that only beer/wine was available at dinner. Kind of strange for an all-inclusive to not have cocktails available to order. The food options down near the pools in the day was also extremely limited. We paid for the Elite Club which was nice as it had a separate pool, private cabanas and access to premium liquors. It was worth it for us but might not be for everyone. Overall, enjoyable trip and would recommend."

"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation. We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."

"We had a good time. The pool is nice. The beach was small but they kept it free of sea weed. It's an older hotel so the wear and tear is visible. The on site restaurant is ok however the selection is limited. You are quite a ways out from the coco bongo area. But the busses stop within a few blocks if u don't Uber. We didn't get what we expected but we weren't completely let down."
