Top London Hotel Reviews

Strand Palace Hotel
8/10 Good
"Welcoming staff and helpful doorman who kindly insisted hailing taxi in the rain on our behalf allowing us to shelter."

Sofitel London Heathrow
8/10 Good
"Perfect location for Heathrow Terminal 5. Helpful desk staff. Nice comfortable beds. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t have time to sample it."

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG
4/10 Poor
"The carpet in the room was stained and smelled bad. The couch that opens to a bed is close to the bathroom so when you’re walking at night you bump into it since it’s dark. It should be on the other side of the room so people don’t bump into it."

Royal National Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good location, good service for the luggages holding."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
6/10 Okay
"It was clean. But the check in wasn’t till 3. They charged $50 for an early check in which is fine & acceptable. The part that got to me was that they didn’t hold your bags. Usually hotels hold your luggage till your room is ready. They don’t. You would have to pay about $20 per bag. Or pay the early check in."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
10/10 Excellent
"The view is amazing. My daughter had a larger window rm933 with a Tower Bridge view that was spectacular. The only challenge was trying to keep the room cool. They offer fans which is helpful. I had a corner room that was smaller with a smaller window. It didn’t seem to get as hot and had the same great view. Rm953 we all agreed the view was worth it! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always very helpful"

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
4/10 Poor
"We stayed in 2 different rooms during our 3 night stay. First one was leaking rust out of the shower, the manager did change our room. No air conditioning, and shower had hair in it, manager did send someone to clean it, but pictures in the ad were nothing like the room we stayed in. Breakfast was barely edible and expensive. Spoke to the hotel manager at the time about a refund for the last day of breakfast and refused to give me one, but offered to have food prepared for our travels, bread was dry, and only had a slice of meat and cheese. I spoke to other guests during the stay and they said they stayed there many times before and never had any issues until this stay as well. We have traveled all around the world and have necer had this type of experience. I will be looking for another Hotel the next time I am in London and recommend others do the same."

Central Park Hotel
6/10 Okay
"The property is undergoing renovations. However, that does not explain why.My television did not work in my room. And my shower was spraying all over the place. The night staff tried to be helpful, but the day staff really didn't seem to be particularly concerned about these issues at all. Also I arranged for light checkout and still had people knocking on my door multiple times before I left. I expected that if I had an issue, it would be noise from the renovations, but that wasn't an issue. Also, this hotel charges for a lot of things that traditionally hotels have offered as a complimentary part of a stay like holding onto your luggage before and after your stay. I would not stay here again."

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
10/10 Excellent
"It was such a beautiful view from the Big Ben and London eye room. Room was a little crowded but it was beautiful"
