"Breakfast had a good selection of breakfast foods. However, breakfast was served very early for someone on a school break with kids. Also, the hot tub was on the first day only; the next two days were empty and not able to use it, which was the main reason why we picked this hotel. It was very disappointing for my children and me. Rooms are of a very good size, although the bathroom and furniture are very dated."

"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated....
