"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"As an IHG member, I was very disappointed with my experience. Due to an incident that occurred three years ago, guests are not allowed access to the balconies. My issue is not necessarily the restriction itself, but the lack of accommodation for guests who book and pay for a room expecting balcony access. If the balcony is unavailable, why not offer a voucher, complimentary drink, room credit, or some other gesture to show appreciation for your guests? Some may say the information is posted on...
