“Fun! Fun! Fun!”

This is a great boutique hotel, loved the layout and outside seating/patio. My husband and I had a great time. Next time we will bring our teenage kids with us, a real party place, especially at Spring/March Break. Ocean Drive never sleeps. Not a place for a quiet getaway. Lots of fun!

“First Time Experience at South Beach”

The accompanying restaurant had delicious food and the people were fun to deal with. Parking in South Beach is an issue - you don't need a car, you walk everywhere or hop a bus. There is no FREE parking at all - that was our only complaint. We would stay at this hotel again.

“Great steal to be on the strip!”

This hotel is located right by the beach, perfect location! It was a great price to stay on the strip. At night, because of the restaurant in the front of the hotel, you heard relaxing music which was very enjoyable. The room was very clean along with the bathrooms and the staff was very nice and helpful! WOULD recommend this to friends!

“Excellent selection”

The hotel location was ideal, the 5th floor view excellent, and the music each night was great. Breakfast was excellent. Strongly recommend it.

“Absolutely loved it....... returning in September”

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so I found myself drying up the floor a lot.... the tub was a little dingy....nothing a bleach soak cant fix. Otherwise, the room was very cute, we spent most of our time across the street on the beach and the room service and drinks from the restaurant right downstairs was amazing. The live entertainment was wonderful Ole Ole was the name of the group performing the week we were there..... they were very good and we could enjoy the music from our room. GREAT STAY>>>> GOING BACK

We went as a group of 5 and had 3 rooms, my room is on the 4th floor and the other 2 were on the 3rd. Here is the important part: definitely ask for 4th or 5th floor! It's a world of difference: brighter, bigger room, can see the ocean, giant balcony, giant bathroom with awesome bath tub, and only 2 rooms per floor! The elevator almost felt like private. The floors below 4 aren't bad, but much less impressive.

“Upgraded”

We booked into the Ocean but when we got there we were upgraded to the Break Water. Everything there. Was superb except for the coverage who never seemed to be on duty when you needed information. Other than that the hotel is most recommended.
