"I am not happy with my stay at all at Yotel for some reasons.
Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in.
There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use.
There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag.
There was no water in the room. Even when we asked the restaurant to find a water dispenser or something, the manager said either the vending machine or you need to buy from outside.

"Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were amazing. The staff was welcoming and professional. We loved the Hell’s Kitchen location because it felt less crowded than Times Square but was still close to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City."

"Still an extremely nice property but it seems to have lost a bit of its formal lustre.
Carpets in the halls are somewhat worn.
Elevators are very dark for some unknown reason.
Room cleaning staff do an excellent job.
Roof top restaurant is vibrant with very good food.
The check in staff are friendly and professional.
Unfortunately the included morning breakfasts are simply horrible beyond the coffee.
But the location is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are nicely efficient, if small, and...

"Staff was amazing, rooms were clean quaint 2nd floor sitting area and breakfast each morning. Rooms have window AC units which are not the most ideal but everything else was great including location"
