"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "This hotel should not be labeled as a VIP Access property. Unfortunately, the experience failed to deliver on nearly every aspect of what would be expected from that designation. The VIP benefits were either absent, unclear, or not honored, making the designation feel misleading. I believe this should be reviewed, as marketing the property as a VIP Access hotel does not accurately reflect the guest experience."

"Great room. Helpful staff. Don’t valet park. Called for car, was told 20-30 minutes. 50 minutes later they brought wrong car. Right car arrived 15 minutes after that."
