“Great hotel!”

A great hotel. I booked last minute on the day of check in, got a fabulous price and surprisingly upgraded to a deluxe double room -- superb! One of the best hotel I've ever stayed in, awesome bed sheet and gift cookie. Definitely will stay again even at higher price.

“Great find!”

What a wonderful find this hotel turned out to be! My daughter and I had a fabulous stay. The beds were comfy, the room was beautifully laid out with a very hip black marble bathroom. Simply perfect!

“We really liked it.”

We were surprised how luxuriously the room was appointed! The staff paid a lot of attention to us (fresh towels, cookies, paper, etc) and gave some great advice for moving about in the city, and saving some serious money on attractions.

“Great hotel for one or a couple!!”

location, great! Between 5th and 6th Ave. I was in room petite. very comfy and cozy. The bathroom with his sink and hers, is big enough, almost 1/3 of the bedroom. Easy to find though front door is quite unnoticeable, to some extent. Free chocolate cookies provided for free breakfast. Quite at night. I didn't use wi-fi so don't know about the signal. The password was provided when check-in. Soap, lotion, shampoo are a set of peppermint scent. I really recommend couples to stay. I'm a neat freak, and the room is really clean.

“great communicating rooms”

The communicating rooms were awesome for a family with 3 children. The restaurant downstair has the best Madeleines! We really liked our stay.

“Four days of excellent service!”

My son and I enjoyed four days in NYC where we began and finished each day at the City Club Hotel. Our treatment by and interaction with the staff and service was positive every time. Location is ideal to explore; between Times Square and Grand Central Terminal. Hotel is small enough to feel private yet offers full service. Occasionally my job places me at a large hotel three blocks away but I will stay at the City Club Hotel for anything personal.

“Tremendous Hotel”

Fabulous place. We were in NYC for my wife's birthday weekend and things couldn't have gone better - starting with the hotel providing us with an easy upgrade to one of their 3 2-story suites. The accommodations couldn't have been more comfortable or inspiring, from the floor to 2-story ceiling windows, to the intricate plaster scroll-work ceiling above the loft bed and the balcony overlooking 44th Street for the people-watching and general activities. It didn't hurt that the temperature was in the mid-to-upper 40's and it was the end of January - but I can't give the hotel credit for that. I definitely recommend this hotel, but hope that it doesn't become too popular and over-used so that we can keep it for ourselves (oops - I guess the cat's out of the bag with this review).

Great location, professional staff who were very helpful, room looked out onto a brick wall but it still was very comfortable and quaint.

“Loved out stay at CC!!”

Love the location. Hotel is on a quiet street for NYC. We could hear very little traffic noise on the street below. We also loved the layout of the room and the shower was incredible. Very good restaurant in the hotel, also. Very centrally located. Just far enough away from Times Square and very close to shops on 5th. Bryant Park nearby is a really cool park if you don't want to go to Central Park. Public Library is nearby, also. We had a family of 5 stay in one of the rooms with a day bed....perfectly comfortable for us!! We can't wait to stay here again! Also, Gregory's coffee is across the street....went there almost every day. Much better than Starbuck's!
