The hotel was convenient to area attractions and clean and comfortable; however the shower was weak and for someone four feet tall.

The staff is very rude and for a hotel that is pet friendly it is very inconvenient that I was told if I leave the building I cant leave my pet in a kennel. I cannot take my peta to conference meetings so staying at this place was pointless

We strive to provide a comfortable peaceful stay for all of our guests. Unfortunately, you had not informed us you were bringing 3 dogs into our hotel. Had we known we would have been happy to inform you of our policies. Our pet policies are in place for the safety and security for all guests and staff.

Location was a big draw . I would stay again for cleanses and a superior staff. Michael from 2nd shift thoughtful and kind went way above to make sure we were able to accomplish a lifetime goal of seeing the northern lights.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The room was very nice and clean.Very nice breakfast also. The only thing I would like to see improved on is most people associate the North Pole with Christmas so we thought the lobby area would be decorated and overwhelm us, but it was decorated in Halloween.

Hotel was too costly for the value. The “continental breakfast” was the worst we have ever expeienced, so much that we left to eat elsewhere. Poor choices, waffle makers did not seem to function, all items were very small

Clean hotel, convenient to food and groceries, it’s undeniably overpriced but there aren’t many options in the area. Very clean and the staff is extraordinarily kind. It’s my go-to spot for business trips to Moose Creek.

This is a clean and relatively new hotel. It is nicely decorated and furnished. However, there is not much to do in North Pole other than to see the Santa statue and shop. We did eat at a DD&D restaurant which was excellent.

Have stayed here multiple times and love the hotel, upon arrival the parking lot was empty minus one vehicle. Only a few guests were staying while talking with the clerk. I arrived 20 min early for check in and was charged an early check in fee, I could understand if they were busy and the hotel was full, but this was not the case.

The property is near the highway and several shopping areas but outside noise is not a factor. The room was large enough for 2 people to easily move around, had a fridge and microwave along with a small tea/coffee maker. The walls are a little thin but overall very pleasant stay.

Pricey for what you get but typical of the area
Not a bad place. Price is horrendous for what you get, but for the Fairbanks area it’s not excessive, not when average chain hotels cost more than a five star somewhere else. Room comfort a little lacking but not terrible. Breakfast is decent.

Nice place.
We were surprised by this nice hotel in North Pole. We had not been impressed by so many hotels we had driven past and found this one modern, clean and comfortable.

Room was spacious and well lit. Parking great right across from window possible. Practically next door to a Safeway grocery store with great deli and a Starbucks stall within. Negatives: breakfast sucked, coffee poor, just poor quality of all food stuff put out there. Hot water for tea not hot, not even when they hot “new” hot water. I did not eat there.

Interesting town to stay in. Location was quite central with a Safeway, Starbucks and good Chinese restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was very weak and staff was not very responsive. Also found price quite high for what we got. Will not stay there next time we are in the area.

Would have been nice to know the pet fee was $40 before booking room. Seems excessive. There was some question at check in if they would have a room available that allowed a pet. Thanks for accommodating us even though a pet room was not available.

Breakfast wasn't anything to be desired. They did have waffles. There isn't anything in town other than the Santa Claus House. Taxi to get to and from Fairbanks is about 50 bucks or ride the bus for free if you have time.
