I liked that although it is a dog-friendly hotel, it didn’t appear or smell like dogs were in the hotel. The staff was kind, just found that the night manager wasn’t familiar with the check in process. The breakfast included was a good thing for each morning. The only issue was that the coffee made by an employee was so concentrated and had a lot of coffee grounds in it, which made it incredibly hard to drink and enjoy.

Check in was easy on Friday. 1st night noticed the sink was very slow to drain. 2nd night at 1:40am we were woken up by a knock at the door & a phone call with no one on the line. My husband answered the door to a gentleman who did not introduce himself & “asked if this room was vacant. No one is supposed to be in this room.” It was hard to understand him because he was speaking so fast & had a heavy accent. My husband assured him we checked in Friday & leaving Monday. Gave him our last name for verification and all he said was sorry…again at 1:40 am. Unbelievable!
