I only wish that they were t knocking on my door at 9:30 am on the day of check out and they thought I would wait until after 4 on the day of check in. Otherwise, absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful, clean, great location. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Great option for family of five visiting the parks. We didn’t mind the drive back at the end of the day. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made up for the commute. Townhouse was super clean and comfortable. So nice to have a full kitchen and dining area to cut costs of eating out. Check-in was a breeze. It is a timeshare property, so expect to have an offer from them, but we didn’t mind. Pools were fantastic. Only used two of the seven. We liked the convenience of the store on property but expect high prices.

This will be the place we stay any time we come to the area. The location is conveniently located for the parks. There are plenty of food options immediately around the property. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet.

We liked the pool. Room was clean. Area safe with security. Discrepancy in our reservation and actual room. Our booking said it included a balcony which it did not according to Sheraton. At checkin we were advised we would have a skylight in the room which we did not. Bathroom was very small with no space to place personal items. We spoke to guest services and requested a better room. Absolutely no accommodation was provided. We have had similar negative service in the past. Eating facilities are poor.

The room was nice and had many amenities. However, I could not use the elevator at check out because a moving company with furniture in the hall and in the elevator. I had to take all my luggage down the three flights of stairs. And a large truckload of furniture was unloaded beside my car within inches of my door. I was unable to open my door and they had to move some furniture so could pull my car out. This was extemely disappointing.

If you didn’t drive to the property this is not the property for you. Navigation was difficult because you are at the mercy of a shuttle. We were there for work. I booked based on price and location so totally my fault. The pools were nice and staff was nice. Logistics were not convenient. I also waited two days for towels and coffee.

A littlr disappointing since it was my third of fourth visit and probably the last. The premises need a lot of work. Furniture was falling apart, lots of things missing in the villas, no shower gels. Doesn’t make up for what you pay.

We had a great stay with Sheraton Vistana! The property was very well taken care of and had a lot of things to do. The condo was clean, and we loved our enclosed balcony that helped prevent any pests from getting in. The only thing we didn't necessarily like was that it was a time-share facility. We didn't know that until we got there. Fortunately, we weren't pestered about it much. They would leave us a message once per day on our condo phone for the first few days, but that was it. All of the facilities were in great condition, and the beds were super comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom, king and twin size beds, 2 bathroom villa with living room, kitchen, and balcony. This place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our stay. Included all the little details such as all kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, laundry detergent, and etc. We had a nice quiet balcony view of a pond. It felt like a home away from home. Was a great amount of space for us and our two boys. Pools and hot tubs were great, open late and nice and warm. Mini golf area looked great but we never got the chance to use it. Would definitely go back.

The property is convenient to most things that Orlando has to offer. Clean and comfortable unit in The Cascades section. We chooses this property when vacationing in Orlando. The only thing we didn’t like this time was that every morning at approx. 4:30 am and again at approx. 6:00 am, there was the sound of some type of service alarm going off for about 10 minutes or more. Woke up up each morning. Way too early for this noise. Other than that we still love to rent at this property.

Great location for Disney, about 10-12 minutes in the car. Pool was nice especially with young children as not very deep. Dining options were limited and they don’t do breakfast. All in all a good stay.

I don't know if I would stay in this place again. When I arrived I had to re-wash all the utensils because they were all dirty as if they had been stored for years. I couldn't bathe comfortably because the water and the jacuzzi couldn't be adjusted. I couldn't use it either because it was damaged and the pool was super full and the water was dirty, the grills were the same.
