They do not disclose that they have failed AC system in the Hotel for over 2years!

The location of this hotel was good for being close to the airport before a morning departure, and the space for our family of 6 was good with a family suite available. The hotel staff were kind and provided a crib for our baby. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to suffer from lack of investment by the owner(s), as the room was not as clean as it should have been, there was a repair mark on the wall (where the wall had been repaired but was not yet painted to match the other walls), and the couch pillows were tattered. Overall we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. It has good potential if someone would put a bit more effort to improve it's appearance.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a late check in and I had emailed them prior. I received no response. We showed up and all the doors were locked and there were no doorbells to ring to get reception. After banging on the doors we finally got an answer. We were given a room, went upstairs to find someone sleeping inside it. Went back downstairs, given another room, found someone sleeping inside it again. Finally at 2am we were given a room and went to sleep for 4 hours which costed us $120. I demanded a refund and was not given one. Do not stay here. Pay extra for the Hilton or Sheraton and get yourself a good hotel. I emailed there reservations and have yet to receive a response. Awful customer service.

Pas de ventilation, le séjour d’avant pas de serviette dans l’hôtel.
Le mobilier est vetuste, et le nettoyage est très sommaire.
En plus, il a augmenté ses tarif, un comble.
I would not expect a five star hotel but do expect that a hotel room should be clean and with working lights. We had reserved a Family Suite.....two queens . What we did get was a King bed and two twin beds. That was the only plus. Only two lights worked out of seven the safe was non-working ( when asked, they said none of the safes work), only had one hanger, no shower door and when we returned to the hotel after a long day, the room was not made up. No clean towels. I had to go down to the desk and ask for towels . When I told the front desk person that our room was not made, he just said " well, it is suppose to be". We put the sign on the door for housekeeping.

L accueil est agréable,étant avec 2 enfants en bas âge nous avons rapidement récupéré notre chambre malgré de nombreux clients...au premier abord la suite est bien mais des détails sont à revoir ( le robinet de la cuisine fui,la hotte est au dessus de l évier et non au dessus de la plaque de cuisson,pas de torchon fourni ce qui est un peu genant si on souhaote essuyer la vaisselle,il manquait un store dans le salon,les lampes dans la chambre ne fonctionnent pas et sont quasiment arrachées du mur et il manque une table de chevet.par contre bonne literie,linge propre et déco épurée mais sympa.le personnel sait se montrer disponible.
The staff was cordial, but our experience at the hotel was poor. They could not find our reservation in their files when we arrived, and it took a significant amount of time to locate it. We prepaid on Expedia, but the front desk seemed to be having some system issues and I now see two pending charges on my credit card for a room? I'm hoping they are just pre-authorizations, but my confidence is low. I asked for a receipt at check out and they couldn't get their system to provide one. They said they'd email me one later that day, but I never received it.
Our room was not fully cleaned and we found filth and candy wrappers on the floor. In the room description it said the room had two twin beds, a full bed, and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was broken with a bar sticking out when we tried to pull it out. I notified the staff and was questioned if I had asked for an extra bed?? We wouldn't have needed an extra bed if the sofa sleeper was working. One of the bathrooms had a small corner shower with no curtain or shower door and the head of the shower aiming directly out of the shower.
My kids found three holes in one wall was that were random (not aligned if something tha woud've been attached there) and were the size of bullet holes. It coud've still been from something attached to the wall, but it didn't look like it.
This was an economy hotel near the airport, so our only expectation only a clean room to sleep in before a flight. We were disappointed.
you better find another place... even spending your nigh in the air port would be a better choice !
and if you finally decided to stay there... do not accept any room if it is not in the 5th floor... other wise you would feel the discoclub is in your room...
Mr Ziad, it is URGENT to give Professional training to the people working there... they forget they are working in an hotel and they have nothing to do in your group.... I get the cance to know how professional you are with the Al Khaleej palace place and cannot believe this hotel is part of the same group owner...
it would be profitable for you to send someone testing this place for you as a spy... you wuold be scared hearing his comment and how your money is wasted...

reception me fait attendre parce'que l'imprimante est en panne. l'hotel veut un scan du carte de credit et carte d'identité. Alors que la garantie est déjà passé par la réservation en ligne.
Payer par cash pas possible. Obligé de payer tax de séjour par carte de credit. Réceptioniste le soir pas autorisé de sortir une facture. Pourquoi me faire attendre d'abord pour une imprimante en panne ?
Porte de la chamber ne se fermait pas.
Point positif est l'espace dans la chamber. Sofa pas utilisable car trempé de residue x :horreur
Firstly the Expedia agent who booked the hotel gave wrong information, he told that I would not be charged the city tax as it includes the total payment made, however it was not the case and I had to pay extra at the hotel at check in.
Secondly he insisted me to book a taxi from hotel as free shuttle would not have operated on Sunday morning. This was a wrong information as the free shuttle started at 05:11 hours which was a reasonable time to get to terminal 2E and get the flight at 07:20 hrs.
The hotel staff at the reception became very rude and asked to leave the place when I told them the all the taxes were already paid. I had to pay extra to stay.
It has a fridge and beds are very comfy. On 4th floor and not in front of elevators is always quiet.
Just the reception can be iffy, the rest is pretty good.

Si l hôtel était proche du terminal 1 de Roissy( on m a répondu très près) c est complètement faux....
Ma petite fille prenait son avion tôt le matin7h30, donc on m avait dit qu elle pouvait
prendre un car à partir de 5h: c est faux, le premier partait à 7h et donc elle a dû prendre un taxi sinon elle aurait rate son avion( ça a coûté fort cher ) et ce à cause de votre hotel...j aurait au moins espère une indemnisation ...
Je suis arrivée dans ma chambre en soirée, première mauvaise surprise, il y faisait froid. Après réclamation, les services m'ont apporté un chauffage d'appoint en m'avouant être bien au courant du problème. Deuxième mauvaise surprise, dans ma chambre, les deux luminaires liseuses sans ampoule en sachant qu'il n'y a pas de plafonnier dans la chambre, c'est avec le plafonnier du coin salon que j'éclairais mais pas question de lire depuis mon lit car trop peu de lumière. Troisième mauvaise surprise, pas d'électricité depuis les prises du salon. Il me restait donc une prise dans la chambre et une dans la cuisine...Je suis restée 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et malgré ma réclamation concernant les ampoules rien a bougé. Quatrième surprise, chambre non faite en rentant la dernière soirée. Après réclamation, on m'a quand même apporté des serviettes plus tard.. Dernière mésaventure, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain le dernier matin .. Non non non je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n'y retournerai pas.

très bon séjour de 2 jours. Hotel très correct mais commence à être vieillissant. certains équipements sont en mauvaises états (le canapé).
Dommage que l’hôtel n'a pas de restaurent, mais ce n'est pas un problème pour manger à l'entours..

Établissement récent et bien situé, notre chambre était très spacieuse et moderne mais bizarrement il y avait un trou dans un mur, il n'y avait pas de rideau pour la douche et le lavabo fuyait.... peut être seulement un coup de malchance de notre part !
Was firstly given a room which was never cleaned. Next room had missing items, broken furniture, no sheets(only comforter), cracked toilet seat, squeaky bed and door would not close properly. I was so tired I was unable to complain and fell asleep anyhow. Morning came and wanted some coffee only to find packs of grinded coffee beans and no coffee maker. The only positive thing I have to say is that they have free shuttle and there is a free shuttle service in the area to bring you to a local mall with restaurants and shopping. And by the way they have no restaurant.
