“Great hotel”

This was our first trip to Paris. We could have not have found a better hotel or location to stay for our trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The concierge was very knowledgeable about the surrounding sites and train system which allowed us to get around with ease.

“Quality in abundance”

Excellent location, private and discreet from the hoards of tourists yet convenient for all amenities. This is not the first time I have staid in this hotel and will certainly not be the last.

“Superb comfort, with a price”

Beautiful hotel, superb location. Excellent comfortable Sofitel beds. The service and attitude of some if the staff was not so good. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. Room service menu limited and extremely pricey. Overall a very expensive hotel in a wonderful location but don't expect that you will be treated well by staff, even if you are a frequent user of Sofitel.

“Will go back again!”

We loved this hotel. The only thing was that I thought the standard deluxe room I had originally was very small for the price I paid, so I negociate with the front desk and paid extra to upgrade to an executive suite, but it was totally worth it. We had 2 lovely balconies and got free water, juice and coffee everyday. The concierge was so helpful with everything we asked for. I think everyone finds Paris beautiful and enjoyable, but my stay at the Sofital de Fauberg made it even better.

“excellent location”

This hotel which is attached to the American embassy is within walking distance to the major attractions. The staff was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat.

“Great location”

Good hotel in a great location which is very central to the major places of intererst. Two minutes (literally)to the Place de Concorde and nearest metro station. Wonderfully quiet at night as the security for the nearby American Embassy means virtually no traffic allowed in the street outside the hotel.We will use this hotel again

“Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg 3 night trip”

Had a great time in Paris, stayed at the Sofitel which we always try to do, got an upgrde to a junior suite which was nice. Prices for food are extortionate so you need to be careful where you eat. We used the 5 day rail/bus pass for travel from Orly airport to the centre of Paris which included unlimited Metro travel which saved us a considerable amount as we travelled by Metro every day. Had a really enjoyable time but beware of the scammers, tried it twice on us by pretending to have found a gold ring and offering to sell it to you.

“Highly Recommended”

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel was in a great location on a quiet block and just around the corner from great restaurants, shops and the Louvre. The metro station is a two minute walk. The staff at the hotel was great and willing to help us with all of our needs. The rooms were spacious (considering other hotels I've stayed in in Europe) and very clean. I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Paris! Great location, beautiful hotel and great staff. It's worth the money...you won't be disappointed.

“Great Hotel! Would stay again!”

This is our first time at this hotel and it definitely will not be the last. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. The sheets and the bed are very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great safe area. The hotel is close to some high end stores and also close to the subway entrance so traveling around town is very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We can't wait to come back!

“Great hotel in a great location”

If you're on a relatively short trip through Paris and you want to stay in a hotel that will be near by all of the city's main tourist sites, you cannot pick a better hotel than this. It's minutes away on foot from the Lourve, the Seine, Champs Elysee, etc. The hotel itself is beautiful, its staff professional and friendly. OK, so you pay for it (it's four stars soon to be five stars) after all, but worth it if you can afford it.
