"I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade, exactly what you’d expect from a hotel in it’s class, from location to the friendly helpful staff who actually remember a guest by their name. It hardly gets better, from the view to high-end shopping, it’s has it all! Did I mention the great staff… love this place!"

"Great location close to the Louve with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Paris."

"My stay was lovely. Clean, safe and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops in the lower Marais. Staff is on 24/7. My only complaint is that they offer afternoon/evening beverages and many of them were not available. Over all - highly recommend."

"Lovely little hotel. We were very skeptical when we arrived, as there is a s*x shop across the street and a "love hotel" next door, but we were pleasantly surprised once we went inside. The hotel is decorated in a funky, modern style, and was very pleasant. Breakfasts were wonderful. The location was fairly central as well and was very walkable to metro stations and other attractions."

"The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated....

"Great location, very nice hotel with a very lively vibe. Always something going on and ppl hanging out at the restaurant, bar, courtyard or pool. Room was small but well appointed. Shower/ hot water and AC both worked great.
Only complaints are:
a fire alarm went off literally at 3:00 am and awakened us from a sound sleep; and
We requested ice from the front desk and it never came."
