It was very easy to find. The only drawback? No elevator - which may impede others. Also they don’t provide shower gel. The shower leaks to the floor ALOT and is dangerously slippery.

Good location, but that is it. Rooms need updating. I can't attach pictures, but needs lots of work. Weeks before, I asked for rooms together and was told no problem, but did not get this on arrival. You have to sign-out towels for pool then bring them back to lobby or be charged. Anyway, pictures are deceiving and it is not that nice at all, so I would shop around more for better quality.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff was superb and very accommodating and friendly. Room was a little smaller than expected but didn’t matter really as the bed & pillows were top notch! Only one minor recommendation…please sweep up the fallen tree debris beside the hot tub regularly and move some of the potted plants to make navigating to the hot tub steps easier.

Property is clean and inviting, the park across the street is awesome, the restaurant has great food and wait staff, exercise facility is small but has the essential machines, pool is nice … all and all a good stay!.

Awesome location and excellent customer service. The inside of my room did not look or feel clean. I only stayed one night and I felt uncomfortable the entire time due to the level of cleanliness. It wasn’t filthy but it definitely wasn’t pristine. There’s a park right outside that I loved going to and plenty of stores to walk to.

The property and room was as advertised. Very comfortable King bed. Nice 55' TV. Air conditioner was efficient and not too loud. Pool and spa area are the best feature of the hotel. Comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of seating. Upon check-in Chris was very helpful in telling us about the layout of the hotel and gave recommendations on the area. We met really nice people at the pool. Slept very well both nights of our stay. Thank you to all the 3 Palms staff, all very friendly and helpful.

The pool was great and the location by the river was great. Nevertheless, some people using the facility was noise and the smell of Marijuana was sometime unbearable. I didn't fell safe to have my daughter walking on the hotel halls.

I would love to give a 5 star review because of the first time I stayed. The second time I stayed was ok, the guy who was supposed to be the guy “in charge” kept expressing to me that “w**d” is not allowed although I’ve seen that smoking if any type is prohibited, so I felt attacked! Second time staying at this hotel and once we got to our room we spotted a few roaches. I would love to stay here again, and hope to, but as a black woman I did feel attacked!

Room was exactly how it’s advertised but they don’t have a good system for checking in, went to check in and there was a huge line and we waited a while. Workers weren’t too friendly. I got a room that was already occupied or was never cleaned, and had to wait again to get a new room. The stay was fine.

Very noisy. Loud road noise. The office called my room at 3am saying there was a noise complaint. It woke me up and there was no noise. Just overall run down. Tacky. Bed was comfy enough though
