Location was average. A very basic hotel with a decent room and minimal frills. Extremely economical and good for couples who would like to spend most of the time at the beach and sea and come back to hotel only for night stay.. highly recommended

“Average stay in average town”

First off I would not recommend Phuket - well Patong Bay especially. It is really rather grubby and the beach was jam packed. It put a bit of a downer on the whole Thai experience for us. We much preferred Koi Samui. The hotel itself is nice. The room was large and comfortable but the bathroom did not look like they had bothered to finish it, just brushed concrete and a leaking sink. The location is not great either. Each day we went to the beach it meant a 15 minute walk to get there. Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant or serve food, no drink other than tea and coffee either...so all in all an average stay in an average town.
