"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. "The room and bathroom were very small but it was a great place to crash at the end of each day. The staff were awesome, always friendly and helpful. The free coffee and tea, and croissants were so great to have each morning and throughout the day.
If you are looking for clean and friendly hotel, at a great location Montmartre, I highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a lux hotel this one may not for you."

"When I first arrived at the hotel, Pierre was such a great receptionist who greeted me and helped me store my luggage until my check-in. He even showed me the most convenient want to see the Basilica and then head over to the Arc by subway. Pierre was always friendly and helpful. He and Emily went out of their way to help me pack a bottle of wine to bring home. Their warm hospitality enhanced my stay tremendously.
I will stay again next time !"

"I do not recommend it!
The staff is completely unprepared to assist you.
The internal communication is terrible!
At the entrance, they asked me for a security deposit that was supposed to be returned at check-out. However, it wasn't returned because the receptionist on duty said he didn't know where the money was and that he would do it later by bank transfer.
This happened on May 18th, and today is June 8th, and nothing has been resolved.
I've already spoken with an employee named...

"The room had a great view but dead bug on inside of window. they did not clean our room and when we ask left for an hour and still did not clean it. Also went up to the restaurant to have a drink and was sat at a table that had guacamole smeared all over the table. I sat in white pants did not realize it was all over the chair I was sitting on.
